SULLIVAN COUNTY  — A combination of high winds and accumulating rainfall on Wednesday April 3, left at least twelve towns and 3 villages within Sullivan County affected by outages spanning into Thursday, resulting in a total of 15 affected areas altogether. The data for the reported outages listed was taken from NYSEG’s website as of 3:00 p.m. on April 3 and are as follows:

Town of Cochecton
