Cannabis
In Rock Hill, Platinum Leaf, LLC has started the process to establish one of the community’s first cannabis retail enterprises. Currently, the application is under review by the Thompson Planning Board, with a slated presentation at the upcoming January 10 Planning Board meeting.

While the adult-use sector experiences this expansion, traditional medical cannabis dispensaries like The Botanist in Middletown and Curaleaf in Newburgh have existed in the Hudson Valley for many years.
