Two Deputy Sheriffs from the Sheriff’s Youth Division graduated from intensive two week DARE instructor school in Montour Falls, on Friday (03/01). Deputy Roy Rogers serves as a school resource officer (SRO) in the Monticello School District and Deputy Tim Kautz is a school resource officer assigned to Sullivan West. In addition to their SRO duties, the two deputies will now be assigned to teach the DARE program in their respective school.
